The Mulvane Art Fair has been part of the cultural landscape of the Washburn University campus and the Topeka community for twenty-nine years.  Even before that time, the Mulvane Art Museum was organizing and presenting a summer art fair that featured the works of faculty and students as early as 1928.  We were heartbroken when we were forced to cancel the 2020 Mulvane Art Fair because of the pandemic that has swept through the nation.  Even though we will not be gathering on campus this weekend to celebrate two full days of art, music, food, and family activities, we wanted to give those artists who wished to participate a platform to showcase the artwork they have worked so hard to create over the last year in preparation for this weekend.  The gallery below provides a link to each artist’s personal space where you can explore and maybe even be inspired to purchase a work of art.

Because this is the annual Friends of the Mulvane Art Museum’s fundraiser, please consider making a donation to support the museum’s programming.

Your contributions allow us to bring exciting new exhibitions to the museum and provide excellent art programs to the Topeka community, all at no cost to visitors. We are so grateful for your support!
