- Meet the Mulvane Art Museum's visiting artist, Armando Bogarin, on Thursday, September 12th. Mr. Bogarin is visiting from Paraguay through the Kansas Paraguay Partnership program. His schedule while here is designed to create an immersive experience and to interact with the people of Washburn University, Topeka community and cultural institutions in the region. He will have a gallery space at the Museum to create an installation. In this way he can share some of his influences , method of work and create work for which he is known.
